Can you refer a licensed trade if the work is outside your expertise?
Yes. If a project requires a licensed electrician, plumber, or specialist, we can connect you with trusted professionals to ensure the work is completed safely and to proper standards.
Do I need to pay a deposit before the work begins?
Yes. A 25% deposit is required to schedule your project and secure any needed materials. The remaining balance is due on the day the work is completed.
Do you offer hourly rates?
We provide clear, upfront pricing and prefer to quote each job as a fixed price so there are no surprises. However, if a project is better suited for hourly work, we can accommodate that as well.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley, providing reliable handyman services to homeowners from Vancouver to Abbotsford and surrounding communities.
Are you insured?
Yes. Westhand Reno Projects is fully insured with commercial general liability coverage for your protection and peace of mind. Any subcontractors we use must also carry their own insurance.
